Permit Process

Camaloch requires permits for construction of any non-temporary structures and fences.

Our General Work permit can be found here.

Any work that would need to take place into Camaloch's Right of Way (19 feet from the edge of the road) will also require a permit.

Permits can be emailed to the Camaloch Association office at: [email protected]
Association members are also welcome to bring the completed permit to the main office during business hours.

Camaloch's Architectural Committee, and Road Committee will need to approve all work before work begins.

Permits MUST have a final inspection performed by the committee within 15 days of project completion. Please call or email the office to schedule your final inspection.
